WDT-PU Polyurethane Waterproofing coating (single component/double components) contains single-component polyurethane waterproof paint and two-component polyurethane waterproof paint.

The single-component polyurethane waterproof paint is a kind of reactive-type wet-cured and film-formed polymer waterproof paint, which is made of the main raw materials of isocyanate and polyether polyol together with various additives and fillers through addition polymerization. In the use, coat the single-component polyurethane waterproof paint on the waterproof base course and it makes chemical reaction with the moisture in the air through the –NCO end group in polyurethane pre-polymer to form a tough, soft and seamless rubber waterproof membrane on the surface of base course.

The two-component polyurethane waterproof paint belongs to two-component chemically-cured waterproof material, and in this paint, the component A is pre-polymer of isocyanate end capping obtained from poly-condensation of polyether and isocyanate; the component B is the color liquid consisting of curing agent, accelerator, plasticizer and thickener. In the use, mix the component A and component B evenly, then coat the mixture on the surface of waterproof base course, and crosslinking and curing at room temperature, a rubber-like elastic coating will be formed to play a waterproof role.
